Refund Policy
Safer Citizen Solutions values you as a customer. In an effort to provide flexibility, the following policy has been implemented:
Refunds will be given based on the following:
- 75% refund if requested via email or phone 14 days prior to the class date;
- 50% refund if requested via email or phone 7 days prior to the class date;
- 25% refund if requested via email or phone 3 days prior to the class date;
- No refund if requested via email or phone 2 days prior to the class date or are a no show in class.
If you cannot make the class date/time, you will be given the option to have your class fee applied to a future class.
Should the class need to be cancelled by the instructor (for whatever reason), class fees will be 100% refunded or, upon request will be applied to a future class with open seats.

Venue cost/facility use
The cost of using the venue is $15/student/day and is paid to the facility. Class fees to Safer Citizen Solutions have been reduced accordingly ($85). Students attending classes at this facility will be required to sign a "hold harmless" waiver upon entering the facility and will be allowed use of the facility after class.
